If I tag a player with a color tag, next day that color changes, for example, if I tag a player with yellow tag, next day it's green or some other color.
Any one else with the same problem?

I had never noticed the colours change
I'll check next time I play there, but since I mostly play tournaments, it is unlikely I'll see the same players again for a while.

Can confirm.
If I tagged player lets say yellow, and later changed tag to orange, after poker client restarts it will return to being tagged yellow. Looks like it can't "remember" changes You are making.
Does it matter which colour you use?
To me, the colour is just an indicator that there is a note.
It is the note that matters, so I have never paid much attention to the colour.
Since I have NARF,[1] I can never remember what the colours mean anyway. <sigh>

Yes it matters. You can't read notes before SNG starts, but by color tags You can see how many good and bad regs are already registered.

Same with cash game tables. I register to waiting lists according to color tags, it makes table selection way easier.

888poker software manual says, that there are no red tag available, although there are two greens. Here's the link (read chapter 16: Notes)

You can tag someone red in poker client, but next time You will start it, it will be orange. I also examined "notes.xml" file, and there are no red tag there also. Programmers messed up something here.
Anyway, my solution is this - I made clean reinstall of a client, and will retag players as I play them (luckily I also synchro-tagged them on Holdem Manager, so this won't be a problem for me). I will avoid "red" tag in future, sharks will be orange from now:)
