once a cow has a taste for violence, it reverts. it becomes feral.
GG Poker No-Limit Hold'em $0.02/$0.05 - 6 players

Button: $1.82
SB: $5.00
BB: $5.12
UTG: $5.85
UTG+1: $5.93 (Hero)
CO: $12.20

Preflop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG+1 with (6 players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, CO calls $0.15, 2 folds, BB calls $0.1

Flop: ($0.47) (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.31, CO folds, BB calls $0.31

Turn: ($1.09) (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.71, BB raises to $1.53, Hero folds

BB collected $2.51

Too tight?
I just think that line is a set and hence fold. Don't really see him almost min c/r with other stuff or can I continue with this?

Do you have any history with him or any reads?

Nope it's GG poker so no HUD allowed. No history as well.

What is the population tendency for check raising do you think? And I got some reads about him although not much based on this hand. So might be you have some more?

No reads. What do you mean you got some?

Population does not c/r the turn without holding something that beats a pair I think. Have not encountered it much on tables unless it's people prepared to play for stacks, or if I induce it on the flop. I am not inducing with my bet sizing but he is trying to induce a call with his.

Read 1: He is full stacked! Instead of a half one like the other dude.
Read 2: He is probably capped preflop with no 3-bet preflop.
Read 3: Is your population tendency read and then it becomes easy fold!

Ahhh got you. Yeah sorry you are right, I just rank people as weaker if they are not full stack and take more notice of fully stacked players.

Playing blind like this is ok because they also can't get proper reads on me.. although I did see some other regs trying to adjust to my style a bit (some call me bit wider and try to float flops etc.) so it's interesting

You have two basic types of fish passive and aggressive so on non hud sites i auto tag anyone limping or playing under 100bb as a passive fish.Which for me is Green and ill switch them from passive to aggressive with a Red tag with that info.So you can generally tag all fish with relatively minimal info and until i have a read that they are aggressive i treat them as passive which are the majority of fish.

The same with the rest of the player pool you can can pretty much tag anyone playing 100bb with 30 vpip and under as a Tag which for me is orange. And then make a simple adjustment to either nit Yellow or Lag Purple with further info. It's a very simple and i find pretty effective colour coding system when not using a hud and needs very little info at the outset to begin colour coding players.

I like this diagram:

At any of the extremes the players are easy to beat.
(well maybe the TAG corner is rather tough)
The ones that are really tough are the ones that switch quadrants to suit their opponents.

It's NL5, with population reads, it is an easy fold for me.

Flop I'm mostly checking behind.
Turn size I'd go bigger or check (probably check). Facing a min check-raise I'm calling.
