After the check/raise I would most likely fold the hand with 9 outs of a flush and there is some change you are drawing dead. Off course it's weird to check raise with a full house here. Based on his LAG info you gave him it's more likely a bluff and is calling fine. The rest seems fine to get him off ace high or something on the river. I expect if he had a full house he would most likely called.

What are his stats? And how many hands?

I do like your play, somewhat. Maybe I use myself another sizing some of the time in such rare occassions though. Check back turn is good. Probably he has somewhat a similar flushdraw type of hand which would not fold turn but will river as played.

Actually his range is tighter than I thought if his steal is only 23%. I have more hands on him probably now.

He can be a tag or lag, I wouldn't conclude he is a lag after 79 hands, the card distribution is too much of an influence on a short sample like this?
