Marginal Starting Hand, preflop decision

Hello friends,

How do you act at situations like this, when you are BB, only have Ace weak kicker and face such a small bet preflop from a loose passive opponent ?
Is it a call profitable ?

I don't think so. You are often dominated against his range.
You need to hit 2 pair or better to have a decent change to win.
