NL100 Zoom 6Max, BB vs SB, loose call, end up overbet bluffing on river

The villain is 29/33/af1.1 STL30 FCBT0 109 hands

I think the call is too loose. 2BB yes but 3BB is no, imo.

So, now only thing I can do it bluff to rectify my mistake preflop.

Also, overbetting as value seems stupid because whenever I overbet bluff people fold.

May be we can discuss when overbet for value is appropriate some other time.

Pre-flop is a fold. I would most likely just bet like 4bb for value and as bluff on river.
