It depends on the villain, but I wouldn't mind to check behind a gut shot on a wet board like this. Tough to let him fold a hand with in mind he most likely has something. Otherwise he should fold the flop.

Would barrel turn on the bigger side very often. We usually create lot of fold equity with it.

Yeah like 240 or so. But without heart I would not go for third barrel.
