Need some help with the hand here...

PokerStars - $0.10 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BTN: $13.13
Hero (SB): $10.44
BB: $9.67
UTG: $9.70
MP: $12.43
CO: $10.74

Hero posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has 8♦ 8♣

fold, MP raises to $0.30, fold, fold, Hero calls $0.25, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.90, 3 players) 3♦ 5♣ 8♥
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets $0.52, Hero calls $0.52, fold

Turn: ($1.94, 2 players) T♥
Hero checks, MP bets $1.11, Hero calls $1.11

River: ($4.16, 2 players) 2♦
Hero bets $3.18, MP raises to $10.50 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.33 and is all-in

Spoiler

MP shows T♦ T♣ (Three of a Kind, Tens)
(Pre 82%, Flop 9%, Turn 98%)
Hero shows 8♦ 8♣ (Three of a Kind, Eights)
(Pre 18%, Flop 91%, Turn 2%)
MP wins $20.23
Rake paid $0.95

Pre-Flop:

I guess the Call was right, as my hand is not good enough to 3 Bet and I would be than out of Position.
On both Villains I do not have any Stats Yet...

I plugged it into Equilab..

Flop:

Flop is actually very good from me, Middle Position he could gave any A3, A5,A8 hands or some overpairs...

River

When he raises me on the River, should this be a Fold?

I feel 88 is a fairly standard call here, just unlucky that you ran into a bigger set. As played I am not folding the river, if he has it he has it

I would checkraise the turn. You will get extra value from flush draws, 2 pair hands, overpairs that will not bet the river if an overcard comes and possibly some Tx hands.
If you know he likes to bluff (maniac type of player), even on 3 streets, you could check call flop and turn and checkraise river. But not many players are that aggressive.
