You could flat call 3-bet in position, but since the 3-bet was a mini-raise, it's ok 4bet too.
On the flop, villain bets only 25% of the pot, i would prefer a raise here. You have TPTK, but there are a lot of turn cards that could scare you, those who completes flush or make possible a straight. It's make your life easier on the turn.
On the turn, i would call, i don't see him calling with Kx, so you just receive a calll by better hands.

I think the 4bet is good. With AK oop its better not seeing the flop and taking it down pre by 4betting. You can make it a little bit bigger though, like 22 - 24 bb.
