Is there a reason you go for mtt's instead of cash games?

I find the micro mtt's really variance heavy.
Very big fields. Lots of all ins and suck outs because of people gambling.

I started playing nl2 5 weeks ago with only 10 bucks. Made it to 150,- in about 2 weeks. Moved to nl5 and have 500,- now. Will move up again at 600.
Those games are pretty easy to beat. So I can recommend them if your goal is to start a bankroll.

marcvz is quite correct about mtts being variance-heavy -- this is at all stakes though.
