I will talk about something else, if you don't mind.

Pre is standard.
Flop: Honestly, I don't like your cbet here, because we know that he is a fish, and he will call with anything. And because he is a short stack, you gonna get into tricky situations like this.

Turn: This would be a pretty much easy bet. If he reraises here(like 3 times of your bet), you can call. If he shove against your reraise, you must fold(you need about 43,6% equity and you have 29%).

River: If you improve to at least a straight, you can bet/call.

Let's see your line.
Let's put him on two pairs and straights and sets. According to my calculations you have 29% equity, and you need to call 2,19 into 8,83, which is about 24,8%. So call is fine, I guess.

Sorry for too many fixing, it seems that I should go sleep, because every single time I check my text, I find some fault in it.

With combo draw I like bet, however in board oppo hits many two pair and straight
