You can put some ICM pressure against the short stack. Especially if he's tight I wouldn't mind the shove.

If think that I dont need to shove any hand here because I can fold into the money with this stack.
EV of push is better than ev of fold. If you dont push that and dont make icm pressure you let your opponnent a big chance to gain EV.
Obvious in evchips its easy push, but here in a don its a push too... ^^ What is your equity of winning @ this moment and if you loose the spot how many % change.
Great risk/reward
Great chance of take pot, if call and lost you have decent percentage of winning, if call and win you just finish the sng. Here if opponent dont call too too wide its ev+ to push more than fold 
(if you think your edge is too big to push for take a minmal ev its another but can we speak of edge when we have max 12bb deep @table^^?).
I think many player in don make the mistakes of dont push the correct hand when he cheapleader but imo its a lost of ev.
