Hmm, easy? With 1:3 pot odds (he's hardly ever going to fold here) it looks right as this is sometimes a strangely played overpair and occasionally air, but the check (min!) raise says set to me 60%-95% of the time in these conditions (and I keep wanting to raise that 60% lower bound), depending on the opponent (far less in a few rare cases, but they should be obvious). Certainly it's not a terribly difficult push against an unknown, but it's marginal against many opponents and throwing money away against some. Yourself for example, no?
This would not be a pleasant situation against someone less short stacked, could easily be a fold without a read.
Can't fold this in the nl50$-level, opponents overplay many worse hands than sets here..
