the 3 previous gold chest to suceed i had to gain 4250 or 5000 ponts tha means as i explain in details below rakeback
from 20 to 23,5%
now they want 13000 ponts for the next gold chest that means 7,7% rakeback
i sent a email to ps snd they reply at 5 minutes that the points i must get depends on the deposit and the play and that they take care that customers can achieve the goal
i reply that when i succeed the goal of 5000 points at 24 days how they believe that i can succeed 13000 points at 27 days
for hours no reply
also i sent the follow that i ask them
a why they cut my rakeback from 20 to 23,5% at only 7,7%
b if they think that 7,7% at gold chest is a good rakeback
i was not a winning player

The money you give average in the gold chest is 0.2*5+0.4*6+0.2*7+0.2*10+0.065*30+0.025*50+0.01*10=
10 dollars
So when I had 4250 points to succed the ches t and you give for every 1 dollar rake 100 points with 42,5 dollars rake I got rakeback 10/42.5*100=23.5%
Then you made the points 5000 means 50 dollar rake
When I succeed the chest I had 10/50*100 =20% rakeback
And now 13000 points 130 dollars rake
10/130*100=7.7% rakeback
So FOR THE GOLD CHEST you gave me before 20 and 23.5% rakeback and now you want to give me 7,7% only rakeback
