I really did not want to flat, shoving seems like an overplay, but folding seems out of the question.
I think flatting is the best option here with tp+gs and showdown value.You could raise but don't shove that would be a massive overplay.But i just don't think it's a spot you should raise and i agree folding is out of the question on the flop.
Shoving flop would be insane with in mind you have still more than 90bb effective behind. This is a situation your most of the time only slightly ahead and you don't want to change your hand in to a bluff and I would just call and her-evaluete the turn.
