Against a random villain I think it is an easy fold, QT+ ,KT+, AT+ and any pocket pairs might be on the villain's range, it isn't really common on NL to encounter donk bets this size as a bluff, on a board like that I wouldn't risk it with an overpair, it is most likely he hit something or at least have a really strong draw, either way to a donk bet this size it is an easy fold.
What I noticed about them big pot sized bets on flops, they are frequently followed by pot size bet on the turn, so calling one street like this commits you sort of to the pot, good question to ask yourelf b4 you call it, whether your hand is strong enough to commit.
I think calling or raising are both ok i wouldn't fold though you have tpgk and back door flush and straight draws.Not sure which i prefer probably calling the flop might be the slightly better option.
Without info thus is a spot Way-Ahead Way-Behind, you must only call.
Only when oppo is very very very passive you can fold, and if oppo overplays Qx you can raise for your stacks.
Without info is wawb, call is good
