There isn't enough detail in your description to know what the problem is.
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on. Be sure to include what free money offer you chose. Also give the your username on that site.
