Preflop shove would be fine as well but don't mind limp either.

Would bet-call turn as default. You have gutshot as support and villain is repping pretty narrow range. Because many of those hands might also bet flop like K9, J9, QT. Turn does open flush draw so open some more semibluff combos versus your capped range. Question you want to ask how often you have better hand in this spot?

If you have read on villain bet-fold can be ok exploitation perhaps but as default we shouldn't be folding.

ok if I bet call turn its a fold if he bombs river right?

It's not bad to often fold as we do get decent price for turn call and we have gutshot as support. So it becomes feasible hand to call and fold rivers. But yeah you may want to sometimes look villain up on blank rivers.
