4bet size not, good, is it? 2.5x better like 21 BB?
Not sure wether to cbet or not. Villain has a strong but capped range {AQ+, QQ-JJ} which hits the flop quite well. (Or even gotten tricky with KK+)
That's why I x/f here.
Alternative cbet 1/3 pot and give up if hand doesn't improve.
