A2o could be overcalled instead of opening.
Betting turn card is a bit iffy, not much FE on this card.
Don't think he was bluffing. His Turn call looks like he is drawing and River raise repping v. strong. Some str8 draws complete.
Blind vs Blind I go for 2barrel when I hit something or just don't barrel and give up.
He's just 3betting the river 
Anyway I would most likely just fld the river. On NL2 I don't think it's to profitable to bluff catch and changing your hand in a bluff seems like a bad idea as well against a random player.
