This fold OTR is sick and still bothers me. Should I have called?
Villain flats after a bet and a raise OTT which is already strong (could be Jx with straight draw... but not that likely)
OTR I value bet. Maybe x/c better?

Seems well played against a unknown on a paired board like this. Only if you think villain can over play trips I would think of calling.

Cheers,

Check/decide river imo, it's hard to get value from worse

I guess you played the hand correctly.
At the River you can get some folds or hero calls from busted flush draws.

River raises on this limit are mostly value raises so to fold here is an good exploit against the pool

MP not playing with full stack.
Split pot here is highly likely, but KJ is solidly in his range.

Not worth the call.

I think call is fine here because Vorpal said he didn't sit full stack so probably can able overplay trips, Q9, Q10 or same straight. AJ, J10, J8, J7.

Sure, but by "not worth the call" I was referring to implied odds.
If the effective stack was deeper, there's more money to be made if you hit.
