Since it is a bounty, a squeeze pre might have some value fold equity, since you cover both.
Too deep to shove, and I think you have to fold as played
3bet pre-flop is indeed a decent option. I would make it around 6k. As played I would most likely fold the flop already with in mind you have only 2 outs to improve and villian bets in to 2 players. That makes it less likely that villian is bluffing.
