I see in the rules in bet365 is written that some kind of software is forbidden.
I guess this is about solvers and bots as the tracking software runs I guess it`s not fobidden, but can you confirm what they mean?

I missed this when it was first posted.
The only thing mentioned in the rules is this:
From the Bet365 Poker rules page
Software
Any software that automates play or provides the Player with information / facilities in real time that can assist with ongoing games is prohibited and could disadvantage other Players.Any Player found to be using prohibited software will have their account suspended or closed and is liable to have funds seized to compensate any disadvantaged Players.
It does not appear from that HUDs would be disallowed.
Furthermore, Bet365 is part of the iPoker network, which overall does permit HUDs.
