KQo from BU - 4bet vs 3bet?

I think your 4b size is fine, but I'd focus more on the villain's statistics/notes when deciding whether to 4b for bluff. In this case, we don't have any significant info that tells us that the bluff is +EV. I'd 4bet bluff mostly against regs who we know can 3b lightly and are likely to fold. In general, I'd keep my 4b bluff on NL2 to a minimum especially against unknown players.

I think the 4 bet size is fine, I still go to the smaller side around 2.3x, its more an old school thing for me that works ip. It works both ways, to induce and to leave room not to commit and fold to a 5 bet.

You defiantly need more stats to find out if its +EV, if they fold 100% to all 4 bets over a large sample then one could argue that it is.

I would focus on playing ip post flop at these stakes. I agree with LimitlessExp here about the 4 bets bluffs as well.

Just out of curiosity, what pre-flop charts are you using?
In the ones I used, KQo is a call vs an SB 3Bet -- the 4Bet/fold

I really like seeing flops with KQ (no reason except it is "one of those hands that I like")
My 4Bet bluff range includes KJo and KTo though, so when it is this close either way is probably fine, but since you had decided on 4Bet/fold line for this hand, you should pat yourself on the back for sticking to your plan and not calling "just in case he's bluffing"

One other point about the pre-flop charts -- be careful using pre-flop charts intended for NL 25 at NL 2 (or on rec-heavy sites)
The NL 25 charts assume players are paying attention, and know a bit about ranges and a lot about position.

I think it's not a good idea to follow charts blindly. And not think. And I am not. In this spot, though, I thought I'd give it a try just because it is a line I rarely get to take.
@VorpalF2F I am currently using W34z3l's pre-flop ranges from the Preflop Powerup videos. AFAICT they are especially tailored for beginners and high rake micro stakes games including NL2.

AFAIK you can only get them from these videos.

hero 4bet 17bb and fold vs shove, but fold vs 3bet directly is ok

I don't think it's to crazy to just call the 3bet in position than to change KQo in to a bluff with a 4bet. I don't think that's to profitable on NL2.

It is better to 4-bet bluff against villains with high% of 3-bet vs steal in a good sample.
