Hi reaf25,
Tournaments don't run all the time, so they aren't always available live.
You can find past broadcasts of WSOP streams at https://www.twitch.tv/wsop
The players aren't all professional poker players though.
A good choice might be https://www.twitch.tv/pokerstars/videos -- some of these videos are final tables of major PokerStars tournaments with all hole cards showing.
They have commentary by professional poker players.
They're all in English though...

Check the PokerStrategy.com home page -- when a major tournament runs, links to the live streams are usually posted.
They were posted for the two tournaments I mentioned earlier.

I don't know who the Portuguese community mods are, unfortunately.
Mods are usually selected from members who have been contributing to the forums for a long time.
Perhaps you could help revive the Portuguese forum by posting hands for evaluation and so on.

It will bring up a list of new posts -- then go down the list looking at the different threads to find the mods.
I see several posts in there from today, so it isn't completely dead.
Many of the Portuguese members are from Brazil I think.

When I look at your avatar, it appears that you are at Basic level.
If you think that you should be bronze, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
Also, you could sign up to a poker room using one of our free money offers then you'll be bronze or higher from that time onward.
