Any info on villain would be nice, but most of the time I would 4bet a little bit more like 24bb against a unknown in the SB.
Flop is tricky, but changing your hand in to a bluff with 2 over cards is marginal after the small lead of villain. against a unknown i would just call and give up the unimproved.
