Villain: 41/22 (388 hands)

Very annoying spot.
I was wondering if I could check behind on the turn and call or value bet thin on the river?
However, I still think it is correct to bet turn for protection and value.

Or do you go broke here? It's a 3bet pot and QQ-TT is right in villains range.
Is the fold too nitty?

On the other hand why would villain want to turn an overpair into a bluff?

decent sample and villain looks on the splashy bad side so id call and see river maybe they dont think they are over playing a hand like QQ JJ.If villain has say TJs 77-QQ then it's 50/50 ish at this point but looking at villains stats there range is wider than this you can add in some 2 pair and combo draws. You could check back the turn but i think there's plenty of value in a bet and check back a lot of rivers.
