I would only raise if I know that CO, SB and BB will not 3 bet me after that.
If they are the kind of players that fold easily, sometimes call but rarely 3 bet anyone, than you know you're on a good spot to put some money on table 
I would most likely try to isolate the short stack in position with the ace blocker with a 4x raise and go from there. if ou face a 3bet you have a easy fold.
