Both villains unknown.

I think after reviewing this hand a squeeze pre-flop would be better against 50 BB (fish).
OTT my thought was get the money in against AK, AQ, AJ,AT etc. Overplayed line?

BTN: 50 BB
SB: 56.5 BB
Hero (BB): 100 BB
UTG: 100 BB
MP: 100 BB
CO: 32.5 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♠ 9♣

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 3 BB, SB calls 2.5 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (9 BB, 3 players) 9♦ A♠ J♣
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets 4 BB, fold, Hero calls 4 BB

Turn: (17 BB, 2 players) 8♥
Hero checks, BTN bets 16.5 BB, Hero raises to 33 BB, BTN raises to 43 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 10 BB

River: (103 BB, 2 players) 3♠

Spoiler

Hero shows 9♠ 9♣ (Three of a Kind, Nines)
(Pre 68%, Flop 83%, Turn 23%)
BTN shows T♠ 7♠ (Straight, Jack High)
(Pre 32%, Flop 17%, Turn 77%)
BTN wins 99.5 BB

With a fish on the button a wide range is possible. That's hard, but I would raise villain on the flop here. Because villain could have a lot of draws here, let villain pay for his draws or pair.

On the turn I would have just called and also called on the river to a small bet.

Range of villain Q10, 88, 1010, JJ, AJ, A8 or others Ax will be realistic

Only problem I see with squeezing pre-flop that you are up against 2 akward stack sizes and if you would 3bet to like 15bb you are almost committed if 1 of them would shove. Flop would be a decent spot for a check raise to like 15bb in total. Leading with middle set against 2 villains seems like a decent option as well.

The turn you could check/call. but than I expect you will face a river shove most of the time and than you should call most of the time or the river is really ugly. if I would raise the turn I would just shove. villain has only 26,5bb more behind.

Cheers,
