Would raise pre 2.5-3bb. X-f flop, x-f turn and x-f river. You got two A to hit on flop that you are somewhat happy about. So even though they just minbet I would still fold. After turn just try to get to showdown for free. Top pair might occasionally be enough. Hard to get flushes to fold anyway.
