SB bets €1.20, Hero raises to €2.59, SB calls €1.39 <<The idea was that I have a range advantage (I think) so I would raise to try to take it now, and give up.

Turn: (€8.58, 2 players) K♦:
SB checks, Hero ??? <<OK, we got the miracle card -- now what? Just get it in?

Yeah preflop its marginal call to that sizing.
As for postflop - I would not raise this flop cause its reverse from what you think. You dont have range advantage there - actually you are completely crushed - and thats why you shouldnt raise even AQ. Ok, lets assume you raise and you bink turn - its superb card - because it hits hard villain range. He can have KK, AK or KQ. You both have ~6$ left so I would always shove. You dont gain much by slowplaying and there are many bad cards on river that will hands that will snap call your bet on turn into snap fold on river.

Pre-flop should be a fold indeed. Flop I don't see a point in raising ether.
Villain has QQ+ and AQ+ in his/her range and those hands you don't call a 3bet with, but 4bet most of the time. Turn is indeed a easy push.
