I'm Belgian so I have ZERO bonusses or rakeback. I just play my stakes.
Currently I'm playing NL25 and after rake I have a 3bb/100 winrate.
Do you think I'm like, just beating this stake or is the result very good?
What do you guys think is a realistic winrate?

I think any positive winrate is OK -- so much depends on the culture of the site you play at, your own style and so on.
Have you ever seen this:

It is a real eye-opener.
It shows how even with a "true" winrate of 2.5 BB/100 how a player can win huge or lose horribly.
Incidentally, when calculating my winrate I don't look at rewards or bonuses -- they're gravy
If you think you might have leaks, by all means plug them -- you must constantly seek to improve, but 3BB/100 is a pretty darn good starting point.
