Is This A Good Bluffing Spot?

I've found myself in this situation many times.

I 3 bet out of position, then I do cbet and they float me. Many times I've seen small pocket pairs, top pairs and even backdoor projects.

On the turn sometimes I check to give up if I don't get a card that helps my hand. Or I keep with semibluffing if I do.

Many times this turn bet works because I eliminate many small pocket pairs and backdoor projects who were floating me from the flop.

On the river sometimes is difficult to know if I have to do that last bet or give up.

Many times I've done it I've lost because villain calls me with the best hand.

In this particular hand I felt the villain didn't have the A and was weak, so I tried to make him fold and I was very surprised on the showdown when he showed me that backdoor project.

So how would you play this spot?
