nice hand.

you cannot check this flop, its too dangerous and you still have an overpair to the board.

after the all in raise. the pot is 1380+300+375= 2055 and you need to call 1080.
so with 2:1 odds you can never ever fold here.
he can easily have a flush draw, a pair + a draw and things like that so you cannot fold here.
