And what is the calling range of the CO?

hard to say without any reads.
if both of them are unknown...
CO M=450.000 / 36k = 12,5
SB M= 456.000 / 36k = 12,6

so normally sbs stack is a bit too large to make such a move with lesser then a very good hand

i would put SB range here to AQs+, AK, 99+

for CO it is very hard to call such a big in.
he MUST have a very strong hand indeed
so i would give him a calling range like this

AK, JJ+ perhaps TT+
