Hello people. Im working 11 hours long night shifts (8PM-7AM) and I can play poker at least 8-9 hours from it. Which sites are the best for those times if we talk about traffic? Im in UK time zone so I guess the sites with americans/australians/asians? Thanks for advice

Target your region, and check the traffic on various poker sites during the hours you can play.
It is hard to say when the peak time is.
It was once between 23hr and 03hr GMT since that was the evening hours in the Eastern US when most of the recreationals were playing.
It would help as well if we know which game format you like to play. In general you can play on PokerStars 24 hours a day and have enough interesting games running.

What games do you play?
Sites like PokerStars and GGPoker generally have a lot of traffic majority of the day, I'm in Aus and play on GG and never struggle to get any action.
I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a game. Tournaments? Cash? NL2, 5, or NL100, 200, full of regs, or chasing recs and the ever rarer whale-fish?
I'm assuming you're looking for sites that are busy during those hours you're "working" (nice job!) - I personally wouldn't be quick to move from my favourite site(s), but rather look for alternatives, expanding my scope as opposed to jumping ship with the whole roll.
I've found GG to be busy during UK night/early morning times. But then, it should be, being the market leader? I'm sure their are easier games on other sites during this time period though I haven't found them (yet).
