CO posts BB OOP, UTG folds, MP raises to $2, CO calls $1, BTN folds, SB calls $1.50, Hero calls $1

Flop: ($8.50) A♦: 6♦: 5♣: (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4, MP calls $4, CO raises to $24.08, 3 folds

It feels like these kind of boards get checked through way too often recently. So I tried to implement a donking range. Do you think donking here can be fine? I think I would rather see like 5-6$ bet though. 1/2 pot is too small imo. On the PS raise I have an easy fold of course. I'm just wondering if the idea is generally something that makes sense. Do you guys ever c/r flop vs let's say PS cbet? C/c doesn't feel too good though as there many bad turn cards.

If I bet it would be with 3/4 pot size. This is very drawy board so half pot doesnt really protect our made hands nor it create much fe when we semibluff. Very dynamic boards are not really ones for half pot size for that reason. Half pot I might use on this type of flop if I absolutely crush board with like 66KdQd or AAKdxd type hand. But in general I dont want to base bet sizes that much upon my own hand strength but on board structure.

I would rather just x-c. Versus pot size bet you can argue of folding I suppose as it would look pretty strong in 4way pot and chance to improve with this hand is fairly low. Of course if villain betting is kind of maniac type then we can probably stack off. I think we rather want to keep pot smaller with check on flop than bet and bloat the pot with low chance to improve. Perhaps kind of similar spot that I posted while ago leading turn with mediocre two pair and getting raised. When we donk its sort of hoping everyone fold even though we have top two.

PS: This could be interesting spot to analyze with pokerjuice (dont have it) as how much fe flop donk bet creates. But I would imagine chance of everyone folding is like 30% at best?
