ZOOM trips vs. river overbet

This might be a silly question,
But I can't call here, right?

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BB with T 7
2 players fold, CO calls $0.02, 2 players fold, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.05) 7 9 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.04, CO calls $0.04

Turn: ($0.13) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $0.13, CO calls $0.13

River: ($0.39) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.73 (all-in), BB (Hero) folds

I would most likely bet/fold the river. I expect you can still get some value and I expect villain will only raise with better. Now you need to fold as well, but villians overshove is really weird.
