Well, I would iso him pre and go from there. As played. Betting flop is fine and I like a bigger sizing here too. Turn is pretty much the same bet big protect your hand. On the river bet again for half pot for thin value. River bricks that means what got you beat there got you beat before besides the 7. He can call worse hands like a 9 66 55. If you got you beat he raises you fold. Another way of playing river is if he is aggro you xc river to induce bluffs from missed draws. According to that you call his bet otr.

I would only isolate from the SB if you expect villain could fold pre-flop. You don't want to play a big pot out of position and A9s can flop well. The rest seems alright, but tough to fold the river on a smallish bet.

River is far from blank as it improves both 7x and flush draws.

In general I would iso raise pre to 4bb with suited A9 and complete with offsuit. Flop cbet size is good. Turn is not the greatest one but half pot value is ok. After river though we really don't beat too much.

9x should just check in villain shoes but for this price I might crying call river. We only need to be good 20% of time. Bet-folding like 150 might be fine also as block bet versus general recreational villain.
