Hi, I just bought the silver status for 1 month. However, it runs until the end of this calender-month, -30 sept-, and not a full month like it said. Or am I stupid in expecting a month to be 31 days? Can somebody prolong my membership or how do we go about this?

With buying the Silver Status you get 100 StrategyPoints for this month.
That means you will remain Silver Status untill the end of next month.

For that you can send a ticket to our customer service, but now you will be silver status for almost 2 months.

I misread your post, there is no need of a refund and buy it at the 1st of october. I am silver longer than I expected and got more than what I thought I paid for, which gives me more time to study the material.

For the strategy articles, you can use "print to pdf" to save the ones you don't have time for.
There might be a way to save the videos as well, but I don't know of it.
The way I used to do it no longer works.
