Seems well played with AA with the over pair and the nut flush draw. I don't know anything of how deep you and villian are playing, but for 100bb effective your line is fine.

I would call his all-in even if I knew he has exactly this hand.

I don't like the call off. Villain's flop raising range can be two-pairs, sets, straights and flushes. Ac-Ad not doing great against that range.

We have likely less than 50% equity versus villain's raising range, I don't know if it is logical to shove over top of him, we would be getting called by hands we are losing to. Against villain's two-pairs we have decent equity because we can hit a club, an ace, and if the board pairs it can counterfeit his 2-pair. Against villain's sets, flushes we are in rough shape. QJ we are behind.

This is a flop that I think would be checked a-lot as hero, looking to check call a bet I think.

For example:
BU opens 2,5, we 3bet 10bb, he calls.
Pot is 21bb, we bet 10,5bb(50%) and villain shoves 90bb.

Now we need to call 79,5bb to win 201bb. To make it profitable we need to have 39,5% equity. According to your calculations we have almost 47% so its snap call without even thinking.

There's no information about stack sizes. the range I mentioned are just an example, I don't know if he would shove with QJ and no club etc.
