Hey!

As above - what is difference between stat "rake", "rake taken", "rake attributed", "rake share"? The disparity beetween is huge; for example "rake taken" is more than 1k USD and "rake" is 157 USD.

Best regards,

Art

Hi MotorcycleBoy25,
I don't have access to the HM3 definitions, but assuming that they are the same as PT4 here they are:
:diamond:  Rake Taken: Total amount of money removed from the pot as rake calculated in the preferred currency set in PokerTracker.
:diamond:  Race Share: Total amount of money removed from the pot as rake calculated in the preferred currency set in PokerTracker, divided by the number of players dealt into each hand.
:diamond:  Rake Attributed: Total amount of money removed from the pot as rake when the player won the hand calculated in the preferred currency set in PokerTracker.
:diamond:  Rake Contributed: Total amount of money removed from the pot as rake calculated in the preferred currency set in PokerTracker divided proportionately by the amount of money the player contributed to the pot.

PT4 doesn't have a stat simply called "Rake"
Note that the above are all for the "My Currency" stats. There is a similar set for "Game Currency". The only difference is that if you have a preferred currency set in PT4 then those stats have the current exchange rate applied

Hope that helps...

You make the same definition for those two, which one is correct and which is bad?

Good point — I'll double check once I fire up Pokertracker.

Note that the original question was for Holdem Manager, which I don't have.

I have moved your question to our Hold'em manager board. There fits it better and you could get feedback of a HM supporter.

Cheers,

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software and I apologize for the delay in reply.

The one most players generally use is the 'Rake' (preferred currency) or 'Rake Game' (game currency) stat that shows how much you/they actually paid/contributed themselves.

- 'Rake Game' = The amount of rake divided proportionally by how much each player contributed to the pot (mixed currency totals)
- 'Rake Taken Game' = The total amount of rake taken from each pot regardless of who won it (mixed currency totals)
- 'Rake Attributed Game' = How much rake you personally paid from pots that you won (mixed currency totals)
- 'Rake Share Game' = The amount of rake divided by the number of players dealt in (mixed currency totals)

- 'Rake' = The amount of rake divided proportionally by how much each player contributed to the pot in preferred currency
- 'Rake Taken' = The total amount of rake taken from each pot regardless of who won it in preferred currency
- 'Rake Attributed' = How much rake you personally paid from pots that you won in preferred currency
- 'Rake Share' = The amount of rake divided by the number of players dealt in in preferred currency
