Repeat these words every day that you doubt yourself. Say them until you say them in your sleep. Then say them again.
Patience is the key, It will unlock all of the answers.
Fail every, single, day. Run to the pain, it will make you stronger. Learn from it and let it grow you.
Remember why you started. No whining. ZERO excuses.
I love you (Insert name here), you got this.

Please feel free to use that if you think it will help you. I know it's going to help me! You'll notice the acronym PFR. So you don't forget it.

Bio:
Now that we have that out of the way, Hello there! You guys can call me 2outterkiller. I'm a 37 year old father of two boys and husband to an amazing wife. I hail from Edmonton Alberta, Canada. Thanks for stopping eh! I hope I can bring as much value to this community as it will provide to me! I've always had a dream of being a professional poker player. I've played recreationally up until now. I have the opportunity to make a run at this as I am physically disabled and finding a job that will accommodate me hasn't provided any fruits in 5 years. Sooooooo, might as well do something I love right? One part of my disability is a work place accident, the other I was born with. I honestly view them as gifts now. For a really long time I didn't, but they slowed me down so I could see what's important. Sorry if you find that forward, but I believe in being vulnerable, it is amazing how much it can facilitate growth and how much it can affect other people's lives as well. We aren't just mindless robots trying to make it to the scrap heap, life needs to be lived, and I believe I can live my best life this way. Poker and life are constantly challenging game's, ever evolving. Grow or get eaten fish.

Structure:
This Blog will be for all of my Goals and Plans. Physical health and Wellness. Each post will contain an appropriate heading so you know if you want to read it or not. This is accountability really, my thoughts and mental game. I will do my very best to keep it as organized as possible, it's currently a goal of mine to improve my organizational skills.

What's coming next:
Currently I am getting my very first bankroll challenge together. I will be completed preparation's tomorrow morning and will have it posted for all who take an interest in little old me. There's going to be lots of challenges, might as well keep it interesting while we learn and earn! I'll come back here and post an update with a link for quick navigation. We're going to put the BSS through it's paces on the cash tables and grow with the materials here. The ultimate goal is to transition to MTT's after a few years when my boys go to school and I have the time for a tournament schedule. I bought a RYE masterclass a couple years back when I had the money to invest in it, so I'm ahead of the game there. I mean unless they close up shop..... but I really don't see that happening anytime soon.

Well, until tomorrow. I'll be outlining my goals for right now and posting my first BR Challenge!

GOALS and PLANS

Well, looks like I jumped the gun a little. I hate cash games :f_biggrin: :f_rolleyes:

But we'll get back to that in a minute. My wife threw me for a loop today. She has never been 100% behind me becoming a professional poker player. And rightly so, I used to have some CRAZY tilt issues. Like I'm talking throw a desk across a room issues. But that's all fixed now. Talk therapy is wonderful and so is meditation, cleared it right up! Poker doesn't tilt me anymore. There actually isn't a lot that does besides ignorance. And I'm working on fixing that now. I have stop loss plans in place, I know variance is a fickle little vixen now, and I accept her in all of her glorious tom foolery. I'm becoming more mindful of my thoughts and feelings and surroundings through meditation.

Today my lovely lady gave me the gift of support. Because she has gotten behind me 100%! She see's how driven I've become in my pursuits and how it's making me want to better myself. I got my Christmas presents early today, she said I needed them so I could really kick it into gear.
https://imgur.com/gallery/lQZaFo7 She bought me some "Lucky" Socks, a cool little key ring, the Fitbit I've been eyeing up, and probably the greatest coffee mug to ever be produced in the history of mankind and an ICMIZER license. This boat is taking a slight detour. We are changing course folks!

I have always been an MTT enthusiast. Love absolutely everything about them. So, we are starting with Sit and Go's. It just makes so much more sense given the path I have chosen to take with poker. Because at the end of the day that's where I want to be in a couple of years when I can hit this full time. So looks like it's time to edit the old Bankroll Challenge XD. Have a bunch of reworking to do there!

Thanks for stopping by and giving me a read! GL and happy fishing guys! :f_thumbsup:
