PLO2 - looks like a strong hand to get it in with short stack, but -ev versus his actual hand?

Seems strong enough to get it in vs short stack in CO:

It is only strong enough if you expect him to 4bet loose enough. If you don't have an indication that he is doing it wide you are usually better off folding to his 4bet as he will have AA almost always which leaves you with just ~35% EQ

Yea, you can expext in most spots for 4B mainly AAxx, with KK you are underdog. For your 5 bets is 100% call from him, than you can wait that flop help. In long term you will be loosing all in with KK. And agains short stack you win less.

Agains shorstack you have to play more tight, you have less profit from it if you hit.

Well you need a bit over 41% equity to stack off preflop. Versus AAxx (his range) you have 33%. Easy fold, unless you have reason to think his cold 4bet range is wider. Then it is a shove.

Normally KKQJss is just a call vs EP open. But as none of the short stacks at PLO2 play even close to decent preflop ranges for small stacks, I think 3bet there is fine.
