I've decided to get a back into poker a bit, and I wanted to know if there is any way to connect my gg poker account to pokerstrategy to collect points? My account isnt associated with any other poker site.
I don't find any such option in the settings, only for other sites.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
It is not always possible to re-track an existing account, but sometimes it is.
If anyone can help, it would be the customer service people
