I get x raised in 3b pots like this one a lot. It's so annoying and I know that I'm gonna fold turn because I'm gonna be facing a big bet. I still call knowing that instead of folding. I just played way too many hands at micros to be good here. SOMETIMES I'm gonna be ahead but most of the time I'm just behind. Before I started studying theory , I would fold this hand without any issue. Now I have a problem folding hands like this one.

Next hand. I don't even know why I'm calling this turn bet. A nit x raises on the flop and bets big on the turn and I know that I'm gonna face a big bet on the river. What do I do? I call because it's 'correct' in theory.

This is one of the best. People limp calling like crazy. I should be happy but I hate that shit because of boards/runouts I see daily. I iso with AKo for example? Of course board comes like 467 and I can't do shit against a villain. I don't even like my c-bet on this flop but I'm starting to get tilted when I see those hands daily, really. I called turn when I know I should have folded.

Yeah, yeah. Of course. Hands like this daily for a month straight.
It's not even about my losing standard flips or AA vs KK etc. It's about sick runouts, all day everyday and not getting paid with value. 4 bet pot and I have aces? Villain snap folds to a small ass bet on the flop. What when I have AK? Villain calls me all day long . It's like they can't have an overpair when I have kings or aces. I have a bottom set? Of course villain folds and I can't do shit about it but when villains have a set, I have TPTK and I pay them off and the worst thing is that I pay off nits. In the back of my mind I kinda know that overfolding is the right thing to do but it seems very weak to do that. The pool seems like it's only value betting and sometimes bluffs but it's rare, especially when overbetting or using big sizes in general.
