Cbet sizing is a little bit high I think. Half pot is big enough.

Read less I would fold the flop against the check/shove. Shoving multi way as bluff would be ICM suicide as 2nd in chips.

Villain has also a few hands which beat you in his range, also draws are possible so it is not necessary a pure bluff.
Would cbet the flop 3bb instead of 4 and fold to the push. youll have 16,7bb left and be second in chips after that.

I am not a big fan of min raising in this spot (unless it is AA or KK), would prefer 3 BB preflop and 1/2 pot bet & fold to shove from Vilain in this spot to avoid a 3 handed showdown.

In position it's not bad to play post-flop with in mind you can put ICM pressure than as well. I think a min raise pre-flop is fine, but shoving is a option. Offcourse you put a lot of ICM pressure with shoving, but if 1 of them calling to wide this is -$ev for you and the caller.

i like the term "ICM suicide", which makes it an easy fold.

Kind of strong hand to use as bet-fold on flop imo. I would think of checking back.

Could be a option. Offcourse villain will fold most likely a lot on Cbets on the bubble.
