Im not adjusting well to antes, need help.

Hi, im a guy who always only played sit and go 9 max, i believe im good with icm, i started playing with only 4 dollars with the challenge to build a bankroll and play in the future sit and go medium stakes and possibily mtt.

I was doing well at the start with 0,50$ sits where there is the old structure without antes, i have a 15% roi in total +2000 tournaments, last 400 sits i made a roi of 22% or so, i moved up to 1$ where there are antes since the start and my nightmare begun...in 800 sits my roi is 0%, however with some rakeback and a upswing in a single session (40-60sits ) i reached 100$ of bankroll and started to play 2$ sit and go, even so i didnt beat the level 1$.

After 2 sessions where i won 50$ in 100 sits i didnt it well playing the 2$ and after 700 sits of 2$ my roi is again 0%. Actually i still have 140 $ of bankroll thanks to rakeback. this last week in 300 sits i lost 27 buy in.

to resume: 0,50$ ---2000+ sits-----roi 15%
1$ ----800 sits -------- roi 0%
2$ ----700 sits --------roi 0%

At the begin i blame the variance to the lack of results in 1$ but as you can see i have 0% after 1500 sits of micros.
The difference of skills of players cant be the cause since from 0,50 to 1 or to 2 is almost the same.

So thinking about it the big difference is the Antes that they come from the start in the new structure of pokerstars.
Probably im playing too tight and not widening up my ranges ?

Anyone can help me with some ranges with antes included , to have a reference ?
I watched every collin moshamn videos but looks like the dont solve my problem.
Any other idea or help would be apreciate.
