I set up an account on GG Poker last year but haven't played on it or deposited any money. This week, I asked to close the old account which support did.
I have also been told now that I cannot open a new account again if I want to play on the site - ever again.
That seems very harsh as I am not sure why I wouldn't now be allowed to play on the site and reopen my account, or open a new account.
Support initially said it was due to strict rules on responsible gambling and then took that back and apologised for misleading me. The reason was they cant ever open my account again now that it is inactive. They seem very uninformed and unhelpful.
It can't matter that I might reactivate an old account or be playing on a new account, as I never played on the old account.
It cant have anything to do with responsible gambling rules.
It seems unbelievably harsh to effectively ban a new customer from ever playing on GGPoker, for little apparent reason.
Is there any way you can help as a Rep?
