Hello, I have problem sometimes on game, maybe somebody have too on past. What you prefer to do when you get very unlucky on spots (for example zero sets when have pocket pair, zero connect with board having AK in 3bet pot) and see how people like cold call with J7o preflop and get trips postflop and win or somebody get all in with 76o preflop and win with straight. I sometimes can't be patient when I see a lot of this situation (of course on micro). So does anyone have any advice for hard sessions?
Usually when I notice that I am getting on tilt (first indicator is when I start to curse) I just do not start new games and stop the session ASAP. Unfortuneatly this is much easier for CG as for SNGs or even tourneys. Most of the time doing some short review and realizing that I have done most things right my mind is fresh to start over.
Hello, thanks for answer. I play cash games so better go stop session. Today I get 3-4 sessions with long breaks but each time for a short time I felt powerless and maybe should next times faster stop play because this can be too expensive.
We all have been there. And most of us are still there. EVERYONE has mental game thresholds, where negative stuff creates feelings that affects our decisions.
Good new is that mental game can be improved as any other skill. Get your copy or audio book of Mental Game of Poker, THE best stuff about mental game there is.
Ok I try play good sessions today but I have this spots:

These hand vs maniac so I don't cbet here because I haven't complete hand yet.
4bet vs min 3bet with AK flop J98 I check-back is good idea?
On ggpoker catch final set too but lose vs flush draw.
I try play play spin and go for complete challenge on pokerstars day mission I win 4 with 6 which I play. While I play spins, I was not nervous as I was with cash games. Can see how many times I am connect with board (I remember on pocker tracker is that function). And do you think should try play spins for lowest stakes instant cash games for some days?
Hi aleasy77,
There is a lot going on here.
If you have been card-dead for a while, then finally start getting hands, you will get folds.
In any poker game, if opponent is going to call your bet, they need to have a hand that is good enough to call.
If they don't, the best hand in the world won't get paid off.
Hello, I know that but when people on this stakes can call shi** hands like J7o and T2o preflop and call postflop with bottom, middle pairs so sometimes should get value having good hand too.

This is true.
If you keep in mind that you need to evaluate your hand against the opponents range then things become somewhat clearer.
Assume that you hold 99 in BTN, and two players ahead of you are playing 80% of hands and only raising 5%
This is what that looks like:

If either raise, you can fold.
If both limp, here is your pre-flop equity:
Equity Win Tie
MP3 23.56% 22.92% 0.64% { 77-22, ATs-A2s, KJs-K2s, Q2s+, J2s+, T2s+, 92s+, 82s+, 73s+, 62s+, 52s+, 43s, AQo-A2o, K2o+, Q2o+, J3o+, T5o+, 95o+, 85o+, 75o+, 65o, 54o }

like you say, players can play J7o and call you down if they hit a seven.
Sometimes they'll hit their J on the turn or river, sometimes the seven.
It doesn't change much:
I have last time hand when opponent on squeeze pot on flop K83 rainbow call with T9o so what hit in your opinion? Good that nothing comes for my ace high after check-back turn and river.

I bust out of a tournament yesterday with 95% equity after the flop — opponent hit runner runner straight.
This must happen sometimes, and sometimes several times in one session.
Over time it should work out.
I write again, too many shit in game. Why always idiots who cold call big raises with * like K7o, cold call 3bet with A8s must get always better postflop?
I can't get set one on ten time with pockets, with fu AK, AQ, AJ, KQ I have nothing postflop. I lose with top set on flop in 4bet pot two in three times vs idiot KQs. Ok maybe sometimes must lose too but too often * happens. One day idiot call all in turn with ace high and more idiot moves but get more than 1000bb on table (I get in 3bet pot KK, he call without position 87 and must get two pairs).

What room?
Do you take notes? Any time you find a player that plays far too many hands, or plays poor hands aggressively you need to note them for next time you see them.
How do you end up in 4Bet pots with AJ or KQ?
If you have a tracker like PokerTracker 4, and if your poker room allows it, run leakbuster to see if any of the problems are on your end.
I feel your pain — I recently went through a tremendous downswing myself

Before you select any hands, the colours look like so:

The pale blue are off-suit hands, the pale yellow are suited hands, and the green are the pairs.
If a combination is to be included in the range, it becomes darker blue.
If you click the "suit selection button" for a range, the square turns yellow until you click the suit selection button again, then after you have selected the suits for that range, the affected squares are even darker blue.
They will also be a darker blue if there are dead cards in that range.
If there is something I didn't cover, include a screen shot and I see if I can figure it out.
I don’t understand why the top tier hands aren’t highlighted. Is it because they didn’t reraise, so there is little possibility of them having it in their range?

Yupp, you can create ranges in the way you think they are the most logical in the different scenarios.
Can this * AK sometimes win some pots?
Typical flop in 3bet pot with AK:
PokerStars, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 5 players

Better value I have when I fold every *ing AK preflop, the worst hand to play.
Of course today in 3way action get set on ace high board, straight and flush draws on board but get zero value...
