Hi,

I am not new in the poker, but last time I wondered if I play correctly suited connectors pre flop when it comes about pot odds.
I red somewhere in the past that 3:1 is okey. But I dont understand this 3:1 on 100 %.

example:
PRE FLOP:
sb: 50
bb: 100
utg: limp 100

so we have pot: 250

hj or co or btn: (hero): If I CC 100 it will be correct play? or pot of 300 chips is minimum to call if of course 3:1 for SC is correct in preflop?

Hi bodidarma,
Have a look at Equilab.
This free tool can give you a better idea of your equity.

If your equity is 25%, then 3:1 is break even and so on.
